We are hiring a skilled Planning Engineer to lead the scheduling and planning of our construction projects. This role requires hands-on experience with Primavera P6, deep knowledge of planning methodologies, and the ability to coordinate timelines across multiple stakeholders.
We're looking for someone with strong analytical skills and the ability to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed project schedules across design, construction, and infrastructure phases
Regularly update and monitor timelines, adjusting to delays or scope changes
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and contractors to align schedules
Identify schedule risks and propose mitigation strategies
Generate progress reports and conduct site inspections to track real-time updates
Use tools like Primavera P6 and MS Project for schedule development and reporting
Ensure all project schedules comply with Dubai regulations and authority timelines
Evaluate performance, track deliverables, and flag deviations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
5-7 years of experience in planning and scheduling for large-scale projects in the UAE
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
Experience with earned value management, TIA, and forensic delay analysis
Familiarity with Dubai regulations and authority procedures
PSP, PMP, or Certified Planning Engineer credentials preferred
Strong communication and coordination skills
