- MBBS with MD/DNB and Fellowship in Pediatric Intensive Care
- Minimum 5 years experience as PICU Consultant
- Expertise in ventilatory support, sepsis, trauma, and critical care procedures
- Strong leadership and multidisciplinary coordination skills
- Western board or equivalent certification preferred
- Valid UAE license or eligibility
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations
