Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations of patients with physical impairments, injuries, and functional limitations
• Diagnose rehabilitation needs and develop individualized treatment and recovery plans
• Deliver and oversee rehabilitation interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and use of assistive devices
• Monitor patient progress, outcomes, and functional improvement, adjusting treatment plans as required
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams including occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, and nursing staff
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention, rehabilitation strategies, and long-term functional wellness
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and rehabilitation documentation
• Apply evidence-based practices and stay informed of advancements in physical medicine and rehabilitation

Ideal Profile

• Medical degree from a recognized and accredited institution
• Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
• Minimum 5 years of experience working at consultant level or in a similar senior role
• Clinical experience in hospital or rehabilitation center settings preferred
• Strong understanding of modern rehabilitation techniques and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary care team
• Fluency in English, with Arabic language skills considered an advantage
