Job Overview:
We are seeking a Consultant Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon specializing in complex dental and soft tissue surgeries. This role involves managing complex dental conditions, performing dental implants, extractions, and treating soft tissue pathologies such as oral cancers, cysts, and tumors. The Consultant will provide expert care and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform complex dental surgeries, including implants, extractions, and bone grafts.
Manage soft tissue pathologies and perform reconstructions (grafting, flaps, etc.).
Diagnose and create individualized treatment plans for surgical and non-surgical management.
Provide preoperative and postoperative care, ensuring optimal recovery.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to department best practices.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications:
M.D. or equivalent with specialization in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
Board certification in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
5-7 years of experience in complex dental and soft tissue surgeries.
Strong diagnostic and surgical skills.
