? Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery to join a leading healthcare institution in Abu Dhabi. This role demands advanced surgical expertise in craniofacial procedures, complex dentoalveolar cases, and soft tissue reconstruction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical leadership, precision, and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
? Key Responsibilities

• Perform major craniofacial surgeries, including trauma reconstruction, congenital deformities, and orthognathic procedures
• Manage complex dental and soft tissue cases, including impacted teeth, cysts, tumors, and implantology
• Lead surgical planning and multidisciplinary case discussions
• Provide pre-operative assessments, surgical interventions, and post-operative care
• Mentor junior surgeons and contribute to clinical protocol development
• Maintain high standards of documentation, safety, and patient outcomes

? Qualifications & Experience

• Medical degree with specialization in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
• Board-certified or equivalent in OMF Surgery
• Minimum 5-7 years of post-specialization experience in high-complexity surgical cases
• Proven expertise in craniofacial reconstruction and advanced dentoalveolar procedures
• DOH/HAAD license or eligibility to obtain one in Abu Dhabi
