Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality obstetric and gynecological care, including management of high-risk pregnancies and complex gynecological surgeries.
• Lead and supervise the OBGYN department, ensuring adherence to best practices and international standards of care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive patient-centered treatment plans.
• Participate in hospital committees, quality improvement programs, and policy development.
• Mentor and support junior physicians, residents, and medical students in training.
• Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and facility protocols.
• Contribute to departmental strategy, growth, and service development initiatives.

Ideal Profile

• Medical degree with specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Board certification (American Board, FRCOG, Arab Board, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 10 years of post-specialization experience, with 3-5 years in a senior consultant or leadership role.
• Valid DOH license or eligibility to practice in Abu Dhabi.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
