- MBBS with DM/DNB/MD in Hematology or Hemato-Oncology
- Fellowship or specialized training in Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT)
- Minimum 5-8 years post-qualification experience as Consultant
- Hands-on experience in autologous and allogeneic BMT
- Strong exposure to malignant and benign hematological disorders
- Valid DOH / DHA / MOH eligibility or equivalent
