About the Business Consulting Service Line

Our Business Consulting team works with clients across various industries, helping solve fundamental business challenges. Our services are structured around two key pillars:


Strategy & Analytics: We support clients with corporate, business, and transaction strategy needs, seamlessly blending data insights, analytical rigor and specialized data visualization tools to deliver impactful solutions at the intersection of strategy and analytics Integrated Business Transformation: We deliver measurable results for clients by driving change across finance, HR, procurement, governance, ESG and other functions, employing a strategic mix of operating model design, cost reduction, transformation management, and functional excellence initiatives.

As a Consultant some of your responsibilities will include:

Project Delivery:


Leading and managing workstreams within client engagements, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables Conducting in-depth analysis of client data and business processes to identify key insights and develop actionable recommendations Developing and presenting client-ready presentations and reports, effectively communicating findings and recommendations Contributing to the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets

Client Relationship Management:


Building and maintaining strong relationships with client stakeholders, fostering trust and credibility Identifying and addressing client needs and concerns, ensuring client satisfaction Collaborating effectively with team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

Business Development:


Contribute to the development of proposals and presentations for potential clients

Knowledge Development:


Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices Contribute to the development of internal knowledge assets and methodologies

Analytical Skills:


Strong ability to analyse complex data, and to draw logical conclusions Proficiency in using analytical tools and techniques Ability to quickly learn new software, and analytical methods

Communication Skills:


Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner

Think you've got what it takes to be a Consultant? Like the color purple? Great. Here's a few more boxes we're also hoping you can tick:

2 - 3 years of related work experience in a consulting firm, demonstrating breadth of experience (ideally with experience covering some of the following areas: feasibility studies, financial modelling, policy and procedure drafting, operating model analysis, strategy definition, functional transformation etc) Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or other related fields Studying towards the CFA, CPA, CIMA, etc is considered a plus Ability to work on multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Business acumen with emphasis on analytical thinking and initiatives taking Organizing skills with emphasis on time management Strong written and spoken English, Arabic speaking is advantageous Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites
