About the Business Consulting Service Line





Our Business Consulting service line delivers bespoke advisory solutions across a wide range of industries and business sizes - from SMEs to large international groups and listed entities. Structured around three core pillars--Strategy & Analytics, Business Transformation, and Governance & ESG - we help clients solve fundamental business challenges. Whether it's designing data-driven strategies, leading enterprise-wide transformations across finance, HR, and procurement, or advising C-suite leaders on governance and ESG frameworks, we provide flexible, personalized support that drives meaningful, sustainable impact.


As a Senior Consultant/ Assistant Manager (Procurement) some of your responsibilities will include:




Ability to analyse and redesign procurement functions and operating models to enhance efficiency, accuracy and compliance, including process mapping and optimization techniques Integrating procurement technologies and systems with existing client infrastructure to support transformation objectives Developing and using category management / vendor management / procurement frameworks, policies and processes Responsible for delivering various phases (such as planning, directing, completion) of project and engagement management for multiple clients in a wide variety of industries Working closely with senior colleagues and playing a key role in client management and practice development Participating in a broad range of business consulting projects/engagements Developing and maintaining productive working relationships within the team/business Maintaining a good working relationship with clients and work effectively with client management and staff at all levels to gather information and perform services

3 - 5+ years of consulting procurement work experience in a top international consulting firm Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or other related fields Procurement transformation and / or operating model experience Studying towards CIPS or an accounting qualification is considered a plus Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Business acumen with emphasis on analytical thinking and initiatives taking Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites Strong written and spoken English, Arabic speaking is advantageous
