Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop individualized treatment plans for endocrine patients.
• Diagnose and manage diabetes, thyroid disorders, adrenal and pituitary diseases, metabolic syndromes, and hormonal imbalances.
• Perform physical examinations, review medical histories, and interpret diagnostic test results.
• Educate patients and families on self-care, disease management, and lifestyle modification.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated, patient-centered care.
• Participate in continuous medical education, departmental meetings, and clinical audits.
• Stay current with developments in endocrinology and adopt evidence-based practices.

Ideal Profile

• Medical degree from a recognized university.
• Board certification in Endocrinology.
• Licensed or eligible to practice as a Consultant Endocrinologist in the UAE.
• Minimum of 5 years of consultant-level experience in endocrinology.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with a patient-first approach.
