Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Consultant Critical Care for our client in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing advanced critical care services to patients, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and offering expert advice and consultation to healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:

• Performing comprehensive assessments and diagnostic procedures to determine the critical care needs of patients.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients, considering their medical history, condition, and response to treatment.

• Monitoring and managing complex and unstable conditions in critically ill patients, including cardiac, respiratory, and neurologic issues.

• Prescribing and administering medications and treatments, as appropriate, to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

• Utilizing advanced technologies and equipment in critical care settings to provide the highest level of care to patients.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and effective patient care.

• Providing leadership and expert advice to healthcare providers on critical care procedures and protocols.

• Participating in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.

• Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records of all patient interventions and procedures.

• Medical degree from a recognized university.

• Board certification in Critical Care Medicine.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in critical care setting, with expertise in managing critically ill patients.

• Advanced knowledge and skills in critical care procedures, treatments, and technologies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare providers and patients.

• Strong leadership skills and ability to provide expert consultation and guidance to healthcare staff.

• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

• Valid medical license to practice in the United Arab Emirates.
