Job Overview: As a Consultant Critical Care Medicine at us, you will be responsible for providing specialized medical care to patients who require critical care services. You will be working closely with our partner hospitals to provide the highest level of care to critically ill patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective critical care services to patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
- Perform thorough patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Monitor and manage patients' conditions, including vital signs, lab results, and medications.
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
- Communicate with patients and their families about their medical conditions and treatment plans.
- Participate in hospital rounds, teaching programs, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- MBBS/MD/DNB in Critical Care Medicine from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a critical care setting.
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of current medical practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergency situations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Valid medical license and registration.
