? Role Overview
We are seeking a board-certified Consultant Cardiologist with subspecialty expertise in Electrophysiology to lead advanced cardiac rhythm management services at a premier healthcare institution in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical excellence in diagnosing and treating complex arrhythmias, and will contribute to the development of a high-performing electrophysiology program.
? Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage arrhythmias, syncope, and conduction system disorders
• Perform advanced electrophysiology procedures including:

• Electrophysiology studies (EPS)
• Catheter ablations (AFib, VT, SVT)
• Device implantations (pacemakers, ICDs, CRTs) * Lead EP lab development, technology upgrades, and quality assurance initiatives
• Provide consultative services to inpatient and outpatient units
• Mentor junior physicians and contribute to CME, research, and academic activities

? Qualifications & Experience

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with completed residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Cardiology
• Subspecialty fellowship in Cardiac Electrophysiology
• Board-certified in Cardiology and Electrophysiology (e.g., American Board, UK CCT, or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years post-specialization, including consultant-level practice in electrophysiology
• Eligible for DOH Consultant licensure (Department of Health - Abu Dhabi)
• Experience with advanced mapping systems (e.g., CARTO, EnSite) preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills

• Tax-free salary: AED 80,000-90,000/month (commensurate with experience)
