Position Overview
Construction supervision professionals will be involved in the delivery of high-quality residential, hospitality, and high-rise developments. The roles require close coordination with contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure projects are delivered in line with approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and authority regulations.
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and health and safety standards
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client representatives
• Review inspections, materials submissions, and site documentation
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports as required
• Support commissioning, handover, and project closeout activities

Candidate Requirements

• Resident Engineers and Engineers must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering relevant to the applied role
• Document Controllers, Inspectors, and Land Surveyors must hold a Diploma in Engineering relevant to the role
• Architects and Senior Architects must hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Experience in high-end residential, high-rise, or hospitality projects is preferred
• Candidates must be based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai and available for in-person interviews
