We are looking for an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor to support our construction projects with accurate cost planning, budgeting, and tender documentation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, conducting feasibility studies, and producing detailed bills of quantities.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables.
Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labor costs.
Prepare bills of quantities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in quantity surveying or similar role on construction sites.
