Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager with a solid background in the construction industry to oversee, coordinate, and optimize site operations from start to finish. The successful candidate will ensure that all projects are delivered safely on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 7 years of proven experience in managing construction sites, with strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution

Plan, organize, and supervise construction activities from initial setup to project completion. Review project drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure full understanding before execution. Coordinate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, for efficient site operations. Track daily progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones. Prepare and present regular progress reports and updates to management and clients.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

Enforce company safety policies and ensure all workers comply with health and safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with design specifications. Identify potential risks or delays early and implement corrective measures immediately. Ensure environmental and local authority compliance at all times. Implement procedures and processes Help grow the company

Financial & Resource Management

Monitor project budgets, materials usage, and labor costs to prevent overruns. Review and approve subcontractor invoices and variations in coordination with the finance team. Manage procurement schedules, ensuring timely delivery of materials and resources. Optimize resource allocation and eliminate inefficiencies across multiple projects.

Coordination & Communication

Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project coordination. Communicate project goals and expectations clearly to site teams and subcontractors. Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding site updates, progress, and issue resolution. Lead regular site meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and corrective actions.

Leadership & Team Management

Supervise and motivate site personnel, promoting teamwork, discipline, and accountability. Manage subcontractor performance, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Provide on-site mentoring and training to junior engineers and foremen. Foster a culture of safety, precision, and continuous improvement.
