We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated
Construction Project Manager
to join our team for upcoming and ongoing projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee the successful planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through completion. Coordinate and liaise with consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities. Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations. Manage budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk assessment. Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience
as a Project Manager in the UAE construction industry. ValidDubai Municipality (DM) license
. Strong knowledge and experience withDM, DEWA, DDA, and RTA procedures
. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and handle project coordination with government authorities.Salary:
