Construction Project Manager

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple projects across the UAE and Africa. The role involves managing project execution, budgets, schedules, and quality, while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of construction projects from initiation to handover.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Oversee on-site operations, ensuring safety and quality compliance.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and engineering teams.
- Lead contractor management and contract negotiations.
- Prepare project progress reports for senior management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 8-12 years of construction project management experience, ideally in the UAE or Africa.
- Experience managing multi-site or regional projects.
- Knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC preferred).
- Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel 15-20 days per month.
Location: UAE or Africa (with frequent regional travel)
