Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to meet project deadlines. Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor site safety compliance and enforce regulatory standards. Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings. Resolve on-site issues and troubleshoot delays or conflicts promptly. Prepare and submit detailed project reports and documentation. Lead project teams, delegate tasks, and ensure quality workmanship. Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractor relationships. Implement risk management strategies to minimize project risks.
Job Profile
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline. 6+ years of experience managing large-scale construction projects. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. * Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
