Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead, manage, and execute large-scale, technically complex construction projects in the energy and infrastructure sectors. The successful candidate will have a strong engineering background with extensive experience in managing EPC, EPCIC, and FEED projects, overseeing all phases from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception through to completion, ensuring project goals, timelines, and budget are achieved. Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams, including engineering, construction, and procurement, ensuring seamless project execution. Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and cost estimates, and oversee their implementation to meet project objectives. Ensure that all construction activities are performed according to project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Develop and manage project controls, including tracking budgets, timelines, and resource utilization. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project. Coordinate the integration of new systems with existing infrastructure, especially in brownfield projects, ensuring minimal disruptions. Perform risk management, ensuring issues and challenges are identified early and mitigated to avoid delays or budget overruns. Monitor and enforce adherence to safety standards, ensuring that all activities are conducted safely and in compliance with HSE guidelines. Perform constructability reviews, providing recommendations to optimize construction methods and reduce project risks. Oversee testing and commissioning phases, ensuring all systems are thoroughly evaluated and meet operational specifications before handover.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Project Management Engineering; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus (e.g., PMP, MBA). At least 25 years of experience in the construction and project management of large-scale EPC, EPCIC, and FEED projects in the energy or infrastructure sectors. Proven leadership in managing complex construction projects, particularly in offshore, onshore, and marine settings. Expertise in managing the construction of multi-million-dollar projects with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Strong track record of delivering projects within budget and on schedule. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, including mechanical, electrical, and civil works. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies. Expertise in project controls, including risk management, cost control, scheduling, and performance testing. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with high-level stakeholders.
