A leading construction firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to lead and oversee high-rise building projects.Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-rise construction projects from start to finish. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Manage site teams and project engineers Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports Oversee procurement schedules, project costing, and risk management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's preferred). 10+ years of experience in the UAE construction industry, specifically in managing high-rise projects (G+15 and above). Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and project management tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED32,000.00 per month
