Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project execution, budget management, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring efficiency and cost control. Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and government authorities to facilitate smooth project execution. Ensure quality control and safety standards are met on-site. Manage contract negotiations, procurement, and resource allocation. Identify and mitigate potential risks and project delays. Lead and motivate on-site teams, ensuring alignment with project goals. Requirements:
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the UAE Strong knowledge of UAE construction laws, permits, and regulations Expertise in project planning, budgeting, and risk management Proficiency in construction management software Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
