Job Summary

The

Project Manager

will be responsible for leading, planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from initiation to completion. This role ensures that all projects are completed

on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

You will manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers while maintaining smooth communication with clients, consultants, and management.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute construction projects according to approved timelines and budgets. Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to define project scope. Coordinate with internal departments (design, estimation, procurement) for project readiness. Oversee procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Lead and supervise project engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors. Monitor project progress, site productivity, and manpower allocation. Ensure 100% adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly project reports. Maintain strong client communication and resolve issues promptly. Control project costs, minimize wastage, and manage financial forecasting. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications. Oversee project handover, documentation, and client approvals.

On-time and within-budget project delivery. Adherence to quality and safety standards. Effective client communication and satisfaction. Efficient manpower and material management. Accurate and timely reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent). Minimum 8-10 years of proven experience in construction project management. Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, and handover processes. Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other construction management tools. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of UAE construction laws, HSE, and quality control standards.
