Job Opening: Project Engineer - Construction (G+1)

We are hiring a qualified Project Engineer with solid experience in construction projects (G+1 classification) within Dubai. The candidate must be Dubai Municipality approved (G+1) and fully aware of all local regulations, approvals, and procedures required for project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities.
Ensure work is executed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for smooth project delivery.
Handle submissions and approvals with Dubai Municipality and other local authorities.
Monitor project timelines, progress, and quality standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in G+1 construction projects within Dubai.
Dubai Municipality approved G+1 Engineer (valid).
Strong knowledge of local regulations, authority requirements, and inspection processes.
Excellent site management and coordination skills.
Immediate joining is mandatory.
