We're looking for a

Construction Project Engineer

to join our dynamic team in the UAE.

In this role, you'll play a key part in translating technical designs into actionable site tasks, coordinating between engineering teams and on-site operations, and ensuring that every project runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate drawings, plans, and specifications into clear, actionable tasks. Act as a bridge between design and site execution. Monitor progress and ensure compliance with technical standards. Resolve engineering issues and provide technical support during construction. Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, and supervisors. Support project planning, coordination, and reporting activities. Promote a strong culture of safety and quality on-site.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Construction Engineering (or related field). Proven experience as a Project or Site Engineer in the UAE. Solid understanding of drawings, specifications, and construction processes. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in engineering software and MS Office.
