Job Description

We are looking for a
Freelance Planning Engineer
with5+ years of proven experience in the UAE construction industry
to join our team on a project basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and updating project schedules, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and update construction schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project Create baseline programs, progress updates, and recovery plans Monitor project progress and identify risks, delays, and required corrective actions Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to align timelines Generate weekly/monthly progress reports for management and clients Support in preparing EOT claims and delay analysis reports
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of planning experience within the UAE construction sector
Strong command of Primavera P6 and MS Project Solid understanding of construction sequencing, critical path analysis, and project controls Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects in the UAE Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlinesContract Terms:
Freelance / Project-Based Duration and rate to be discussed based on project scope and experience
