Construction Planner - High Rise Buildings

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Planner with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in high-rise building construction projects. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain comprehensive construction schedules, including detailed work breakdown structures, resource allocation, and critical path analysis. Utilize advanced scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project) to create and manage project plans. Collaborate closely with project teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure alignment with project objectives. Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns. Monitor project progress, analyze performance metrics, and generate regular progress reports for management. Implement effective change management processes to accommodate project modifications. Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior planning team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of construction planning experience in high-rise building projects. Proven expertise in using Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies and industry best practices. Experience working in the UAE construction industry is preferred.
