Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction

projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and

executing projects efficiently while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. The role requires

strong leadership, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of construction methodologies

and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

? Oversee and manage daily construction site operations.

? Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and work plans.

? Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.

? Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

? Monitor project progress and address any delays or challenges.

? Ensure quality control and adherence to construction best practices.

? Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and construction staff.

? Manage procurement, logistics, and resource allocation efficiently.

? Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.

? Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management.

Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

? 10+ years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years in a managerial role in

Dubai.

? Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, DM approvals, and local

building codes.

? Experience in managing high-rise, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

? Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, MS Project, and other project management

tools.

? Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

? Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure
