Construction Manager (substation Projects)

Job Description
We are urgently hiring a qualified and experienced Construction Manager to oversee substation construction projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong civil engineering background with extensive experience in substation civil and structural works and proven leadership in managing site execution teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the construction execution of substation projects to ensure completion within schedule, budget, and quality standards. Supervise site teams, engineers, and subcontractors across all project phases. Review and approve project schedules, method statements, and work progress reports. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental policies. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments for smooth project execution. Review and monitor material requisitions, drawings, and subcontractor performance. Resolve technical and operational issues promptly to maintain project efficiency. Conduct regular progress and coordination meetings with site teams and management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory). Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in substation construction management. Strong understanding of DEWA, TRANSCO, ADDC standards and project specifications. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and decision-making abilities. UAE experience in substation or infrastructure projects preferred.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
