We are seeking a highly experienced

Construction Manager

with a strong background in

offshore projects

to oversee and manage the execution of complex marine and oil & gas developments. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage offshore construction activities from planning to completion. Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution. Ensure compliance with HSE standards and offshore regulations. Review project plans, drawings, and specifications; provide practical solutions to technical challenges. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams for timely delivery of materials and services. Monitor progress, prepare reports, and escalate risks or delays proactively. Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and authorities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil / Mechanical / Marine Engineering or related field. Minimum

8-12 years' experience

in construction management, with

proven offshore project experience

. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of offshore HSE requirements, industry codes, and best practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
