Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Construction Manager to lead site operations and ensure the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and valid Dubai Municipality G+12 certification.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day site operations and construction team performance.
Ensure work is delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and government authorities.
Review and approve drawings, method statements, and submittals.
Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and enforce safety and compliance.

Requirements
12+ years of UAE construction management experience.
Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field.
Dubai Municipality G+12 license is mandatory.
Strong leadership and technical skills.
Knowledge of local regulations and construction standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
