Job Description
We are urgently seeking a highly experienced Project Manager/Construction Manager to join our team for a school building project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage projects efficiently. Key Responsibilities: .Oversee and manage all phases of the school building construction project. .Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and subcontractors. .Ensure project timelines, quality, and budget adherence. .Supervise on-site activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations. .Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team. .Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management. Key Requirements: .Experience: 15+ years in construction management, with a focus on building projects. .Language: Fluency in Arabic is mandatory. .KSA Experience: Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia is required. .Strong leadership and project management skills. .Ability to start immediately and adapt quickly to project needs.
