Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Construction Manager

with a strong

MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing)

background to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing MEP works for

villa projects and data centers

, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all MEP construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate with design, planning, and procurement teams to ensure smooth execution of MEP works. Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Review and approve MEP shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management. Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to maintain project schedules. Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and client requirements. Conduct site inspections and quality audits for MEP installations. Manage resource allocation and optimize manpower utilization. Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders for project updates and approvals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum

10+ years of experience

in construction management with a strong MEP focus. Proven experience in

villa projects and data center MEP works

. Proficiency in

Primavera P6

and MS Project for planning and scheduling. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations.

UAE experience preferred

; valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
