We are seeking an experienced
Construction Manager
to oversee and manage all aspects of our ongoing and upcoming construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, execution, and delivery, with a proven record of managing teams and ensuring compliance with UAE construction regulations.Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day construction site activities and ensure work progress aligns with project schedules. Supervise site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure high-quality performance. Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and contracts. Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations. Monitor project costs, prepare progress reports, and ensure timely project completion. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve technical and operational issues.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience
in construction project management.At least 3 years of experience in Dubai
handling major construction projects. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Familiarity with UAE building codes, standards, and local authorities' regulations.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
