Oversee, coordinate, and manage civil construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
Manage subcontractors, site engineers, and construction teams.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and stakeholders to resolve technical and contractual issues.
Oversee procurement of materials and allocation of resources.
Provide leadership in problem-solving and decision-making during project execution.
Ensure timely handover of completed works.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 8-12 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management, and building codes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
