Oversee all phases of luxury construction projects from planning to completion.
Manage site operations, subcontractors, and project timelines to ensure quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and consultants to maintain design integrity.
Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
Monitor budgets, procurement, and resource allocation.
Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and labor teams.
Provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in luxury projects.
Proven track record of delivering high-end residential or commercial developments.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Deep understanding of UAE construction laws, regulations, and market practices.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
