We are a sub-subcontractor in the Oil & Gas sector, delivering engineering and construction services across Qatar. We are seeking experienced

Construction Managers (Greenfield)

to manage large-scale EPC projects from planning through completion, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory standards.

Role Overview

The

Construction Manager (Greenfield)

will oversee site execution of new Oil & Gas facilities, coordinating teams, subcontractors, and resources to achieve safe, cost-effective, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage construction activities on greenfield EPC projects. Supervise engineering and site teams (Project/Site Engineers, Supervisors, SHES/QAQC). Develop execution plans, schedules, and progress reports. Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve site challenges. Enforce SHES compliance and conduct regular safety inspections. Track resources, costs, and KPIs; implement corrective measures as needed.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).

12-15 years' experience

in Oil & Gas greenfield construction (Qatar/GCC preferred). Strong knowledge of EPC processes, project controls, and codes (API, ASME, ISO). Proficient in

Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office

.

Certifications:

H2S & Confined Space (mandatory), PMP/NEBOSH preferred.

Skills:

Leadership, risk management, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication.

Work Environment

Site-based role at greenfield project locations. Extended working hours may be required.
