Construction Manager

Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join the delivery team for a high-rise residential tower in Dubai.
This is a site-based PMC position, offering the opportunity to play a key role in a high-profile, landmark residential development.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contracting, electromechanical, pmc, with proven experience high-rise residential projects. Hotel experience is a bonus. This is a hands-on role requiring leadership, technical expertise, and strong on-site coordination.
Requirements:
10-15 years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in the UAE Proven experience in high-rise residential projects MEP contracting and electromechanical previous experience Hotel experience is a plus Strong leadership and site coordination skills Comfortable managing multiple packages in a fast-paced, high-rise construction environment Degree-qualified in electrical, mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field
