Construction Manager

to join our team.

Responsibilities

Oversee construction projects from planning to handover, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery Manage day-to-day site operations, subcontractors, and construction teams Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and Dubai Municipality regulations Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly Lead coordination meetings with clients, consultants, engineers, and subcontractors Ensure adherence to HSE standards and implement strong quality control practices Manage material procurement and ensure timely delivery to site Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager within the UAE (preferred) Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Strong knowledge of UAE construction laws, regulations, permits, and industry best practices Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary commercial or residential projects Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, Procore, etc.) Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and contractual documents
