About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Construction Manager

to oversee the construction phase of major infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing large-scale construction works and proven leadership experience in

PPP (Public-Private Partnership)

projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Supervise and coordinate construction teams, subcontractors, and site personnel. Implement and maintain construction safety standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Monitor progress, prepare reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Manage risk, schedule, and budget issues, providing solutions to challenges on-site. Collaborate with design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 15 years of experience

in the construction of similar large-scale infrastructure projects. Experience as a

construction team lead

(or equivalent) on

at least two similar PPP projects

.

Preferred Skills & Attributes

Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills. Excellent knowledge of construction methods, project controls, and quality assurance processes. Proven ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
