Job Responsibilities:

Manage overall construction planning, scheduling, resources, and milestones. Supervise subcontractors, engineers, foremen, and site teams. Coordinate daily operations with the main contractor and other subcontractors. Conduct site meetings and ensure smooth communication among stakeholders. Enforce UAE safety standards, building codes, and quality requirements. Review drawings, identify risks, and ensure timely progress. Conduct site inspections and maintain all project documentation. Prepare and present progress reports and support interim payment applications.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Minimum 5 years UAE experience in construction project management. Strong leadership, coordination, and organizational skills. Solid knowledge of UAE safety regulations and building codes. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: Up to AED15,000.00 per month
