About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced
Construction Manager
to lead and supervise construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep technical knowledge, and a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and company procedures. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure workmanship quality. Identify potential issues or delays and implement corrective actions. Lead weekly site meetings and prepare progress reports. Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum
7-10 years of experience
in theconstruction industry
, including at least3 years in a managerial role
. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and other project management tools. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Job Type: Full-time
