Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Construction Manager

to oversee and coordinate all aspects of project execution, from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing construction activities, supervising teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage detailed construction project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and milestones. Supervise and coordinate subcontractor teams, engineers, and site staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Serve as the main point of contact for coordination with the main contractor and other subcontractors. Conduct regular site meetings to review progress, address challenges, and implement corrective actions. Ensure effective communication among clients, management, suppliers, and site personnel. Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards as per UAE regulations. Monitor construction quality through regular site inspections and adherence to project specifications. Review technical drawings and project documents to identify and resolve potential issues. Prepare and submit progress reports and documentation for interim payment applications. Ensure all necessary project documentation, permits, and compliance records are maintained and updated. Ensure timely completion of all project deliverables within budget and quality parameters.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years of construction project management experience in the UAE. Strong leadership, team management, and organizational abilities. Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills. Thorough understanding of UAE construction standards, building codes, and safety regulations. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
