Job Title:

Construction Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards and building codes.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and supervise construction projects from beginning to end. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management. Resolve issues related to work delays, emergencies, or other problems. Review and approve plans, blueprints, and specifications. Oversee contract negotiations and procurement of materials and equipment. Ensure quality control and supervise all construction activities on-site. ADHOC job responsibility assigned by Management/CEO

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience (5+ years) as a Construction Manager or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project). Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Work Environment:

Primarily on-site with occasional office work. Must be willing to travel to various job sites. May require weekend or evening work depending on project timelines.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
