A Landscape Company is searching for an active Construction Manager to join its team.

Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations Provide directions to general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors when doing groundwork to ensure that quality standards are being met Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory Liaise with engineers, architects, and others working on a project Review the work progress on daily basis Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status Plan to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses Analyze, manage and mitigate risks Adhere to legal regulations, building and safety codes, and other requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
University Degree in Civil Engineering or related field Landscape field experience. Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience Fluent in English Professional certification, such as CCM (certified construction manager), AC (associate constructor), or CPC (certified professional constructor) A team player with proven ability to work under Pressure and to meet deadlines.
