Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven

Construction Manager

to lead our team on a prestigious high-rise building project in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of all facets of high-rise construction.

Responsibilities

Project Leadership

: Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Act as the primary point of contact for all site-related matters.

Strategic Planning

: Develop and implement project execution plans, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Proactively identify potential challenges and implement mitigation plans.

Team Management

: Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of engineers, foremen, and on-site staff. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Budget and Cost Control

: Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

Quality and Safety

: Champion a culture of safety and quality on site. Ensure strict adherence to all local regulations, quality control standards, and company safety protocols.

Stakeholder Coordination

: Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure seamless project execution and compliance with all contractual obligations.

Requirements

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.

Experience

: A minimum of

10 years of experience

in the construction industry, with at least

5 years in a senior management role

on high-rise building projects in the UAE.

Skills

:

Extensive knowledge

of high-rise building systems, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP).

Strong expertise

in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6) and advanced planning techniques.

Exceptional leadership

, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Deep understanding

of local building codes, regulations, and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards in Dubai.

Excellent communication

skills in English; Arabic is a significant advantage.
