Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven

Civil Construction Manager

to lead and manage the execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, technical excellence, resource efficiency, and full compliance with all safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations, including civil, structural, and finishing activities. Develop and monitor project schedules, manpower plans, and material logistics. Managing the team of project engineers, site supervisors & workers. Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and local regulations. Lead inspections and approvals for all stages, including formwork, concrete works, and finishes. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities for smooth project execution. Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective on-site solutions. Maintain accurate project documentation and generate progress reports. Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies and procedures across all activities.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 15 years of experience

in project management within the

UAE construction sector

. Proven track record in managing

formwork systems, concrete casting, and finishing trades

to high standards. Strong technical knowledge and execution skills in all phases of civil and architectural construction. Demonstrated ability to lead site teams Excellent planning, organizational, and resource management skills. Strong understanding of construction logistics, sequencing, and material flow. High attention to detail and quality assurance standards ("

"). Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, or equivalent project tools. Familiar with UAE HSE laws and regulatory frameworks. Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
