Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Construction Manager

to oversee and manage on-site construction activities for our projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction works are executed in compliance with project plans, timelines, quality standards, safety regulations, and budgetary requirements. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate between multiple stakeholders including consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, direct, and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Supervise site engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and workers to achieve project milestones. Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, contracts, and schedules. Monitor construction progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies. Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth execution of work. Manage manpower allocation, equipment, and materials on-site to optimize productivity. Identify and resolve technical issues, conflicts, or delays in the project. Conduct site meetings and update the Project Manager/Director on site status. Ensure work is executed within approved budgets and timelines. Oversee inspections, testing, and approvals as per project requirements. Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environment (HSE) on site.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related field. Minimum

10-15 years

of experience in construction, with at least

5 years in a Construction Manager role

in a contracting company. Proven track record in handling large-scale

high-rise buildings

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management practices. Familiarity with local building codes, authority regulations, and international standards. Proficiency in project management and construction software (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, etc.). Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
