About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced
Construction Manager
to lead and manage ourhigh-rise building project
in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical knowledge, and proven expertise in delivering complex construction works on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of construction for the high-rise building project from mobilization to completion. Lead, supervise, and motivate site teams, subcontractors, and consultants. Ensure compliance with project specifications, schedules, budgets, and safety standards. Coordinate with consultants, clients, and government authorities to obtain necessary approvals. Review and monitor project progress, prepare reports, and implement corrective measures when required. Oversee procurement schedules, resource allocation, and site logistics. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies at all times.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
(Master's degree is an advantage).Minimum 5 years of proven experience
specifically inhigh-rise building construction
(mandatory). Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and authority regulations in the UAE. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

UAE Construction: 3 years (Required)
