Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with management. Prepares project status reports by collecting and analyzing information and trends; recommending actions. Developing detailed designs, doing feasibility assessments and site inspections. Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications. Should be able to manage site activities independently without any supervision. Make sure that client's needs are met as projects evolve. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports. Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests. Analyze risks and opportunities. Preparing and updating works time schedule of workers and managing work to keep it flowing according to the approved schedule. Monitoring our subcontractor's works and performing quality control inspections for delivering the executed works to ensure that it is pursuant to the contract specifications and drawings. Managing & scheduling of manpower, material, equipment & all activities for actual daily needs on construction sites. Contractor's submittals reviewing, Sub-contractor's prequalification documents, material submittals, method statements, technical documents, shop drawings, etc... Analysis and recommendations of claims for Extension of Time & Variation Order. Rich knowledge in finishing standards & quality control. BOQ preparation of civil works. Monthly payment invoice review

Must have:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. 6 to 8 years' experience in a similar role Basic Civil engineering skills: CAD AutoCAD Design Skills Site Development Database Design Planning Conceptual Skills Problem Solving Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills and design skills
